Business will be completed in a timely manner appropriate with free P&P on all orders over £75, and we will treat all of our customers with honesty and integrity. Feedback will be listened to, and we will make changes where appropriate. We aim to respond to all enquiries and complaints within one working day. All employees dealing with customers will identify themselves either verbally or in writing and when answering the phone will give their first name.
