We want your shopping experience with Equestrian Rose to be simple and enjoyable. Below you will find information about our delivery process and how to return items if needed.
Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Most UK orders arrive within a few working days once dispatched.
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £75. Delivery charges for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information from the courier where available.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Please include your order number and any relevant photographs where possible.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
• unused
• in their original condition
• returned with original packaging where possible
To begin a return, please complete our Returns Form and our team will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you that the return has been processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items to ensure the parcel arrives safely.
